Our tasting includes our following most popular pairings: Marble Cake + Raspberry Preserves & Pastry Cream, Vanilla Cake + Lemon Curd & Pastry Cream, Vanilla Cake + Fresh Strawberries + Whipped Cream + Pastry Cream, Chocolate Cake + Chocolate Mousse & Ganache, Carrot Cake + Cream Cheese, and Red Velvet + Cream Cheese.
Once you have chosen your favorite(s), or if you have any additional questions (example: do you have dietary restrictions/can we customize our tasting flavors,etc.), you may reach out to our Cake Specialist by emailing her at info@sugarblossombakeshop.com and she will be happy to assist you!
Store Pickup
When you place your order, you will select your preferred pickup date and time. Our store address is 204 Avenida Del Mar F, in San Clemente California. At this time, we are not able to offer local delivery.
How to Serve & Store
To properly handle a cake, carry it level, store it in the fridge, and avoid sunlight, moisture, and heat. Remove it an hour before serving, use a sturdy cake stand, and store leftovers in an airtight container.

How fresh are your baked goods?
Our cakes are made with natural ingredients and are baked fresh every day. Each cake is our unique creation and outrageously delicious.
How far in advance should I place an order for your daily made cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, or cookies?
You are always welcome inside our bakery to directly buy from us. If that isn't an option, we ask that you please order 24-48 hours in advance. When placing your order, please take into consideration that we are closed on Mondays. Remember to include your pickup date & time in the checkout notification. Weekend orders tend to book up fast.
Do you use separate equipment for products with possible allergens?
Although we take strict precautions, we are not a nut-free kitchen, and use shared equipment.
Do you make gluten-free and vegan baked goods?
At this time we offer either gluten-free or Vegan baked goods, but not combined.
