Refund policy

Cake Orders

We require a minimum of one week's cancellation notice for all custom cake orders. You will be issued a store credit to go towards a future order.

Wedding/Large Cake Orders

Your 50% deposit is nonrefundable. If the event is canceled, your 50% deposit may be used as store credit.

We will do what we can to accommodate your needs. Please call us and we will do our best to help you in your time of need.
